One small mark. That is the whole story.
New, unworn shoes with a single cosmetic imperfection, sold at a plainly lower price. Nothing else changes.
Why we sell Imperfects at all
A 1919 house does not bin a good shoe over a scuff, and it does not pretend the scuff is not there. We grade it, say so plainly, and price it accordingly.

A mark, not a fault
Every Imperfect pair is new and unworn with one small cosmetic mark: a scuff from handling, a crease from trying on, a shade of finish that did not pass our first grade. The construction is untouched. Most marks disappear with the first polish; the price difference does not.

Identical underneath
The Guildhall Imperfect is the same capped Oxford that sells at full price on this site today: the same tan calf, the same construction, the same box. You are paying less for a mark most people will never find.

The Outlet is small on purpose
Alongside the Guildhall sit the Wilms derby and the Lucan semi-brogue, each Imperfect for the same honest reason. When a size sells through it is gone: these are graded pairs, not a permanent line.
