Delivery Policy

General Information: All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 day. We aim to ensure that your order is dispatched promptly so it can reach you in a timely manner.

Delivery Providers:

  • For orders within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, we use DPD for shipping.
  • For orders destined outside the UK, we partner with DHL Worldwide Express. They provide full track and trace capabilities, along with express customs clearance facilities.

Delivery Times:

  • UK: Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 1-3 days.
  • EU: Delivery takes between 4-8 days post-dispatch.
  • Rest of the World: Delivery spans from 8-14 days after dispatch. Note: delivery times may vary based on the destination's remoteness and customs clearance lead times.

Delivery Costs:

  • UK:
    • Orders under £25: £3.99
    • Orders over £25: Free
  • EU: £35 (includes duty paid by John White; however, any additional customs or import duties are borne by the customer).
  • Rest of the World: £35. Please note, any customs or import duties are paid by the recipient of the order.

Notifications: All customers will receive an email or SMS confirming the dispatch of their order. This confirmation includes online tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your order, a re-delivery attempt will usually be made. If further attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be taken to a local depot. The specific process might vary based on your location.

Special Delivery Requests: Customers can specify special delivery instructions at the time of checkout. This includes requests like leaving a package with a neighbour or in a designated safe spot. While we endeavour to fulfil such requests, their execution depends on the feasibility and local delivery practices.

Delivery Issues: In the unlikely event that there's an issue with your delivery, such as damaged items or a lost package, please contact us immediately. Typically, we will resend a new pair once the original order is returned to us.

Customs & Taxes: For non-EU international orders, while the delivery fee includes certain duties, any additional customs, taxes, or import duties levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Changes and Unforeseen Delays: Please note, the delivery timelines mentioned above are estimations and can be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. They should be used as a general guide.
