Shipping

Orders received before 11am UK time Monday – Friday are packed, processed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders received after 11am UK time are shipped the next working day. Any orders received on weekends or English public holidays are packed, processed and dispatched the next working day.

Deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales are shipped on DPD’s Next Day Delivery service. Deliveries to Northern Ireland are shipped on DPD’s Two Day Delivery service. Orders to destinations outside of the UK are delivered by DHL Worldwide Express.

DHL provide full track and trace and express customs clearance facilities. Please note that the below are estimations and can be subject to change. They should be used as a guide only.

All customers will receive an email or SMS confirming when their order has been dispatched. This confirmation will include online tracking information.

UK (Excluding Northern Ireland)

Free Delivery: Next working day from dispatch

Northern Ireland

Free Delivery: Two working days from dispatch

EU

£15 – 1 – 3 days from dispatch.

Rest of the World

£25 – 1 – 3 days from dispatch and is subject to customs clearance lead times. In more remote locations your order may take longer than expected.

 

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your unworn footwear, please follow the instructions detailed below. Please note that all items must be returned within 28 days of the signed for date of receiving your order in original packaging and unworn.

UK

  • Email ben@johnwhiteshoes.com quoting your order number.
  • We will send you a DPD returns label by email. The email will list your closest DPD pickup shops which you’ll need to take your parcel to once you’ve attached the new label.
  • Please ensure you also fill in and include the John White returns form so when we receive your return, we know whether you want a refund or a replacement.
  • Once we have received the footwear back we’ll be in touch to confirm that a refund has been made or a replacement sent.

UK sale items

We regret that we can’t offer free returns for sale items bought in the UK. Returns of UK sale items are made at your own expense. We recommend using a signed for delivery service.

EU and Rest of the World

We regret that we can’t offer free returns for items bought outside of the UK. Returns are made at your own expense. We recommend using a signed for delivery service.

Please note that we can only offer refunds on non-UK returns, not exchanges.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt.
